📝 Sales Policy
All orders placed in our store are subject to payment confirmation and product availability. Once confirmed, orders are processed within 3 until 7 business days, and shipped according to the selected shipping method.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect address details.
🔄 Exchange & Return Policy
✔️ Returns Due to Defects or Damaged Items
- You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange due to a manufacturing defect.
- In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by our store.
- Photos or videos showing the issue must be provided before returning the product.
↩️ Returns Due to Change of Mind or Other Reasons
- Customers can request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the item, in compliance with consumer protection laws.
- Items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Return shipping costs in these cases are the customer’s responsibility.
📦 Exchanges
- Exchanges for size, color, or model can be requested within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in original condition.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility, unless the store is at fault.
💰 Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

⚠️ Important Notes
