Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 until 7 business days after payment is confirmed. The delivery timeframe begins after the order has been processed.

Returns and Shipping Costs

If a return is requested due to change of mind, incorrect purchase, or any reason not related to a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
